Yay! It's time again for another SVG Cutting Files Monthly Challenge.

This month the Challenge is "Anything Birthday Related"

Today I made a shaped card out of the Pug Dog Puppy file from SVG Cutting Files. 
The hat I added to the Pug is from Belated Birthday Turtle.

I added a little Twisted Teal Trendy Twine to his party hat.

On the inside of the card I used Jaded Blossom's Puppy Love.
