I used Jaded Blossom's Lollipop Die, Card Mat Dies, Spring Dies and the NEW Spring Dies 2.  

The sentiment is from Gnomies Forever and I stamped it on one of the Flag Dies.

Added some rhinestones and sprinkles to the butterfly and flowers.
