Here is what I made.

I used the Birthday Bingo set stamped it on a flag from Flag Dies and a tag from Mini Tag Dies.  I added both to the NEW Dainty Topper Die!! 

LOVE this Topper!!

I attached the Dainty Topper Die to a Gusset Bag filled with goodies!

The Cake Slice is a new file from SVG Cutting Files! 

I just looks so yummy!!!!

I added a bow to the topper using some Rumple Ribbon from 

Lovebug Creations.
