 I used Jaded Blossom's "Sweet Birthday Wishes", Life is a Beach Cricut Cartridge and 
Peachy Keen's Wide Eye Kids.

I also added some Caribbean twine from The Twinery. 
The paper is from Echo Park.




And of course...we have Blog Candy! LOL!
